Happy Solstice & Blessed
Holidays, friends!
“It takes courage to say yes to rest and play in a culture where exhaustion is seen as a status symbol” – Brene Brown This past year has hopefully given us not only what seems like a never-ending challenge on so many levels, but also an opportunity to excavate deeper within ourselves and examine the many parts of our experience Here & Now in order to learn, expand, grow & ride the Mystery of Life with more awareness and even grace. We ourselves have decided to finally honor a long due sacred pause, not offering in-person teachings and practice until June, taking this time to slow down after being quite full-on for the past decade sharing yoga in its different flavors from Guatemala to India to Europe and back, building ashrams, initiating Sanctuaries & breathing Devotion. Truly pausing in a space of deep rest and restoration, as well as a soft deepening into some personal projects is what feels true in our Hearts and seems aligned with the unfoldings in the world at present. |
“I am a forest, and a night of dark trees: but he who is not afraid of my darkness, will find banks full of roses under my cypresses.” ~ Friedrich Nietzsche The Mystery has taken many different ways into the lives of us all in the past months, yet there is one common undertone that has made itself seen: the deep fundamental fear around the fragility of the human body, of our own and our loved ones’ unavoidable mortality. A reality for which we remain mostly completely unprepared at least in the Western cultural paradigm. As long as this greatest of transitions, Death, has been left unexamined within our own psyche and inner world we are choosing to exclude the only certain and utterly integral part of life, which then remains exiled to dwell in the shadow of primal fear and the unconscious. |
“What happens after death is so unspeakably glorious that our imagination and our feelings do not suffice to form even an approximate conception of it. The dissolution of our time-bound form in eternity brings no loss of meaning.” ~ Carl Jung All this inspired us to create the Online course “On Death and Dying”, which Arjuna usually passionately holds in person once per year. It looks into Death and the process of Dying from the perspective of different spiritual traditions, diving into a multitude of practices mainly coming from Tibetan Buddhism. This is a journey into familiarizing ourselves with this great transition and becoming able to utilize the potentialities it holds for the evolution of our soul. Investigating for ourselves this final return to Source as well as the ways we can offer support to loved ones faced with this transformation can offer us a profound shift in the consciousness with which we live our lives. In the spirit of the Holidays & Generosity of the Heart we are going to offer this course at 50% OFF between December 24th and January 1st in the hopes more people can benefit from these teachings in the current times! |

Your every act can open hearts and minds.” ~ David Deida May it All be of Benefit! From our Hearts to yours, Arpita & Arjuna |
